Interpreters/Translators

Currently, we have vacancies available in our linguistic department. We are looking for interpreters/ translators to work for our valued clients in the following languages; Dutch, French, German, Italian, Hindi, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Pashto, Persian, Polish, Punjabi, Russian, Somali, Turkish and Urdu.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

  • Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
  • Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analysing the symptoms;
  • Research required information using available resources;
  • Follow standard processes and procedures;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

  • Proper phone etiquette;
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment is not necessary ;

IT Business Analyst / System Analyst 

An IT Business Analyst, or Business Analyst analyses computers and software used by an organisation. Their primary duties include determining which installations and upgrades will make processes and employees more productive, performing a cost/benefit analysis and aligning technology with the goals and business strategies of the organisation.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates;
  • Liaises with internal/external clients in order to analyse business procedure, clarify clients requirements and to define the scope of existing software, hardware and network provision;
  • Undertakes feasibility studies for major IT developments incorporating costs and benefits, and presents proposals to clients;
  • Communicates the impact of emerging technologies to clients and advises upon the potential introduction of such technology;
  • Provides advice and assistance in the procurement, provision, delivery, installation, maintenance and use of IT systems and their environments;
  • Examines existing business models and flows of data and designs functional specifications and test plans for new systems in order to meet clients needs;
  • Researches, analyses, evaluates and monitors network infrastructure and performance;
  • Works closely with clients to implement new systems;
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;

Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer, or Commercial Artist, creates designs or visual concepts that deliver information through imagery, art and photographs. Their duties include liaising with a client to determine what kind of work and concepts the client has, generate ideas and create layouts that align with the client’s wants and needs.

Responsibilities

  • Liaises with client to clarify aims of project brief, discusses media, software and technology to be used, establishes timetable for project and defines budgetary constraints;
  • Undertakes research into project, considers previous related projects and compares costs of using different processes;
  • Prepares sketches, scale drawings, models, colour schemes and other mock-ups to show clients and discusses any required alterations;
  • Prepares specification and instructions for realisation of the project;
  • Liaises with other parts of the production team to ensure graphic design fits with other elements, processes and timescales;
  • Produces or oversees creation of the final product;
  • Attend all team meetings, as required;

Web Designer/Developer

A web designer is responsible for creating the design and layout of a website or web pages. Web developers, who specialise in creating new websites’ structures and the code that forms these, web designers tend to focus on the visual aspects of a site, such as its layout and its usability. However, there can be crossover between these two roles.

Responsibilities

  • Liaises with internal/external client in order to define the requirements for the website;
  • Presents design options to the client;
  • Designs web pages including graphics, animation and functionality to maximise visual effectiveness and facilitate appropriate access;
  • Develops the website and applications;
  • Designs and develops web interfaces for relational database systems;
  • Establishes methods to ensure appropriate website security and recovery;
  • Tests website interaction and performance prior to going live, and monitors and maintains functionality of the website;
  • Writes and publishes content for the website AND/OR Manages Live websites;
